Spinach stuffed chicken breast



Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast, around 2 lb
  • 4 ounces of fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 2 ounces of crushed feta cheese
  • 2 ounces of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons. olive oil

Seasoning ingredient:

  • 2 c. paprika
  • 1 C. Cumin powder
  • 1 C. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and set aside.
  2. Chop the baby spinach roughly and place it in place. Add cream cheese, feta, and mozzarella. Massage spinach with your hands until everything is well mixed (looks like thick paste).
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut the pockets on each side of the chicken breast.
  4. Divide the spinach filling into four equal portions and pour it into the chicken bag. Using a toothpick, place the filling in the pair.
  5. Season the chicken with a mixture of seasonings and spread with olive oil on both sides.
  6. Bake the chicken in an oven at 400 ° F for 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken breast.
